Heavy bleeding between periods

Hi all,

So my last appointment was cancelled without me being told so I didn’t get to ask my gynae anything I wanted to. I hope someone can help.

I’ve never had bleeding at ovulation until very recently, it has always just been pain. But last month I spotted a bit, and this month it’s actually rather heavy! Mostly when I use the bathroom, but I’ve just noticed a rather large clot. I’m having that kind of pelvic pressure and weakness, but not necessarily cramps. It’s 10 days since my last period finished so it’s usually roughly when I ovulate but why am I bleeding heavily? My cycle is roughly 35-37 days most of the time.

I googled these symptoms in relation to Endo and other gynae conditions and got no clarity, so it’s worried me. Has anyone experienced this? Should I be talking to a doctor?

Thanks! X
