Nabothian cysts with endo

Hi I’ve suffered with endometriosis for years now, I’m 34 years old no children, despite trying for 6 years an got knocked back for ivf. I had my 5th lap august 18, I recently paid private to see a specialist an on examination he could feel a nodule in the posterior vaginal fornix , my gp sent me for an mri scan they said showed nothing apart from small nabothian cysts within the cervix . I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem as I’m in agony an my GP is telling me these cysts shouldn’t be causing me any pain, an I’ve got to wait till May next year to see the private gyno doc on nhs again

We need to see if the eggs are coming out, at least one tube is open or not.of course your husbands test sh be ok.endometriosis causes some changes in the endometrium too.Just too many laps to burn endo metriotic spots and breaking adhesions might not always help.what does your doc say?

They’ve said my tubes are ok just my periods are all over the place so iui wouldn’t work I’d need ivf, but for me to get that I’ve got to pay for 6 rounds of iui an they’ve gotta be unsuccessful. My doc hasn’t said anything, when I saw the private specialist he said I needed excision surgery, but he’s not looked at my mri yet. I was just wondering if it could actually be endo in my cervix an not these cysts
