Still not diagnosed and struggling

Lower abdominal pain for 7 years now and I am still not diagnosed with anything. I originally started to experience severe pain 7 years ago and was referred to a gynaecologist who deemed the first line of treatment was to do a laparoscopy. This came back negative for endo and I was sent on my way to carry on dealing with the pain. Fast forward 6 years and I have now been referred to another gynaecologist who has performed various tests; MRI, MRI with contrast, Ultrasound, Swabs ect. all for them to come back negative for Endo. I have been on the depo for 6 years which has helped to a certain extent, but the pain is getting worse. I have recently been prescribed desogestrel to take in addition to the demo but have experienced intense abdominal pain and substantial bleeding so have stopped. The gynaecologist has now suggested I try Goserelin to put me into a medically induced menopause at 24! This seems to be an extreme option to me as he wants to see what the side effects are for 6 months before prescribing HRT. He is unwilling to do another Lap due to my MRI. Has anyone been through something similar or has any suggestions as to what I can to try and overcome the pain?

This is really getting me down and really effecting my quality of life
