Help with sudden endometriosis pain

I was diagnosed with endometriosis in February 2018 and take microgynon back to back for 3 months, my periods aren’t usually too bad but I woke up this morning in excruciating pain (I’m due on my period in a couple of weeks). I was sweating from head to toe, really clammy, nauseous and had diarrhoea and had to open all the windows in the bedroom and it took about half an hour for the pain to go down. Does anyone have any tips on controlling sudden pain? Or recommendations of what to do? Thank you

I’m afraid I don’t have any advice, I’ve only known I have endo for a year, and painful episodes like that I just thought we’re normal! But when I mentioned it to a friends they said it wasn’t normal and that I should have called an ambulance! I had a lap a year ago and endo treated, and since then no episodes like that. Mine always happened around ovulation (do you think you just ovulated?) x

Hi, I had the adhesions treated during my lap last year and the consultant said they were mild to moderate adhesions

I believe so, the consultants GMC number is 5195278, I will try to arrange another appointment with him
