Morning all, I been suffering for 20 years now only this year was I told I had Endo. As my husband an I want a baby they decided to go down the route of helping us get pregnant.
We started everything in April an I was told yesterday that as it not worked yet that they will refer me to another hospital but because of winter they will be cancelling appointments an I won’t hear anything until April 2020 at the earliest may be longer. So I’m at a loss to what to do.
I’m struggling with the pain some days I can barley walk but I still have to get up an go to work as they want to sack me if I take anymore time off because of the pain. Today I’m in a state, cannot stand up right pain level has hit a 10 all I want to do is curl up an die. I can not control my temp I’m always on fire an at the point of passing out.
Any advice?

Hi Kayleigh, this sounds all too familiar to me. I have Endo too. Mine was diagnosed as part of sub-fertility investigations before IVF. You’ll probably find that the clinic you’re referred to will look to treat your Endometriosis (likely through a laparoscopy) before beginning fertility treatment. For me, that’s been a win-win. I get pain relief, and I’m currently 22 weeks pregnant. Wishing you lots of luck x
