In the process of being diagnosed

My periods have been getting progressively worse over the years with the pain becoming more and more frequent and more intense.

My period pain was so bad last month I nearly called an ambulance. I was vomiting, passing out and no painkillers touched the sides. I went to the doctors a few days later and they sent me to A&E with suspected appendicitis. Luckily, it wasnt! I went for a private internal scan a few days after that (I had an internal scan a couple of years ago because of my pain with my results coming back normal) and I was told I have a bicornuate uterus (heart shaped uterus) but have had mixed messages as to whether this is causing my pain. They also noted the pain in my right side that they suspected was appendicitis was actually coming from my bowel.

Since then I have been given mefenamic acid (I have had this in the past for pain, but they have given me stronger ones) but, although they have helped with this current period (slightly), I have still been in bed for 2 full days and struggling my way through a work day currently. How do other people find these? I looked them up and it does say mild to moderate pain and I wonder if I need something stronger.

I dont suffer from heavy periods, but the period pain I get each month is otherworldly. Its like actual torture for hours and afterwards I am physically and mentally exhausted that all I can do is sleep. I look visibly unwell and am an uncontrollable emotional wreck.

My newest form of pain, which I am wondering if anyone else suffers with is thigh pain. The insides of my thighs, stretching halfway down my thighs to my knees is actually unbearable. It's like a dull ache accompanied by sharp shooting pains. The pain is no longer just in my stomach area but stretches up my back where I feel winded and halfway down my legs.

My breasts also get unbearably tender. I am a mess for around 2weeks sometimes more over my period. I have been taking painkillers 4 days before my period starts as that is when it starts to kick in and I have constant nausea throughout.

Waiting for a date for an MRI scan to look at my bowels to see if they can see any endo cells before taking the surgery route.

Any help or advice, or even just understanding! I have no one else around me who suffers with this let alone bad periods or even just period pain!
