Flare ups

So it’s 2:30am and I’m having a flare up.

Normally I can tell when I’m about to get a flare up as it starts as a twinge and then comes in waves strong and stronger.

Just now it’s come on very suddenly and very painfully and constant.

I know everyone is different and I may be over thinking the change. Has anyone else had a change in flare ups??

Omg, I just joined today because I literally experienced the same thing last night. I've had severe changes over the last 6mo or so. Usually I would feel twinges and know to prepare (I would start on pain meds from first twinges and continue consistent doses until day 2 of 3 of period). Last night it came on suddenly at 2am, also felt very faint. Took me 2hrs to slow my heart rate and feel stable, then out of nowhere the pain comes. Usually I get butt cramps then the pelvis And abdominal pain. It all came at once. Didn't manage to sleep till 6am.
