Hi guys!
So I think I have found a pattern that when I go too long with no food I get flare ups. I could be completely wrong but I just wanted to know if anyone else found fasting or too long with no food made u guys feel worse?

Yes! I absolutely find if I get stuck at work and can't get out for lunch pain starts to flare up quite badly. I sometimes wonder if it's more to do with pain killers being due?
It will do that if you're suffering from Candida overgrowth because the Candida needs frequent carbs and will start sending out messages to tell you to eat carbs. If you go for an ultra low-carb diet you can kill it off but it will make you feel like you have flu and a hangover for about a week.
I've written more about the relationship between Candida and endo here healthunlocked.com/endometr...
Fasting can stress some people out and stress is one of the main causes of flareups.
Yes the same happens to me and I’ve wondered! A lot of the time I get woken up at 4/5am in the morning by pain. I wonder whether it’s because I’ve got an empty stomach. So I sometimes have a snack in the middle of the night and take some pain killers.
I get similar too. I carry snacks where ever I go my endo hates a empty tummy I was not like this before my lap but if I don’t eat I the pains is so crippling I can not walk x
