Maybe I just need to be put down. (Diaphragmatic endo anyone?)

So I have been having this issue over the last year or so when during the week before my period and the week of I really struggle with breathing (I know right, of all the things to struggle with!!!). I suffer from it at other times during the month also, however it is always much more apparent during these times.

I was diagnosed with endometriosis years ago and in general I do a pretty good job of managing my pain or any other issues that come along side it however it never occurred to me that this could be related. (I always just put it down to me being a problem child - of 27 I might add! Haha!)

So this weekend my boyfriend and I decided to google breathing complications with endometriosis and I found out that you can get it on your diaphragm- Mind Blown! I am now wondering if this may be the cause! (Bloody endometriosis!)

The only symptoms that are stipulated on most pages regarding Diaphragmatic endo that I don't experience are severe pains in my shoulder - I do sometimes get pain in my chest though!

I'm not a fan of going to the doctors - Ours is over populated with common cold sufferers and the doctors tend to fob me off for as long as they can! I think I am going to try harder this month to do (and not do!) the things that are advised to help the situation and see if it's any better next month!
