The fact that this will be the third surgery you get worries me. Who performed the previous surgeries? Was it a highly experienced endometriosis excision specialist? How long ago? Were the surgeries poorly performed? Who is going to perform your next surgery (please PM me the name of the centre or surgeon so I can look it up).
Take this month to really start supporting your immune system. Start with liquids (e.g. bone broth, herbal teas that support the immune system) and sleep a lot.
In terms of pain, I'd suggest CBD oil or morphine if it gets too much. Epsom salt baths help too. Start taking supplements of zinc, selenium, folate, vitamin B6 and magnesium to support the immune system and help with the pain from endo. Get your vitamin D checked out and take supplements if needed.
You need to get a bit back on track before surgery or it will hit you too hard.
