Hi girls

I have surgery in 4 weeks time (3rd one) my endo is slot worse this time. The last week has been unbearable and I’m starting to wondered how the hell im meant to cope another 4 weeks! I can barely move, can’t keep any food down, immune system is gone so now have caught glandular fever and have my 3rd urine infection in 4 weeks 😭

My question is has anyone used a tens machine, where is the best place to put the pads for it to reach the pain. The pain travels through my whole lower abdomen, get worse on the left and right hand side rather than the middle.. any tips to get me through?

The fact that this will be the third surgery you get worries me. Who performed the previous surgeries? Was it a highly experienced endometriosis excision specialist? How long ago? Were the surgeries poorly performed? Who is going to perform your next surgery (please PM me the name of the centre or surgeon so I can look it up).

Take this month to really start supporting your immune system. Start with liquids (e.g. bone broth, herbal teas that support the immune system) and sleep a lot.

In terms of pain, I'd suggest CBD oil or morphine if it gets too much. Epsom salt baths help too. Start taking supplements of zinc, selenium, folate, vitamin B6 and magnesium to support the immune system and help with the pain from endo. Get your vitamin D checked out and take supplements if needed.

You need to get a bit back on track before surgery or it will hit you too hard.
