Endometriosis?

Hi guys I’m just wondering if anyone can help me, I’ve had severe IBS since 13 (just before I started my period) the pains were unlike anything I’ve ever had and they first started when I was in school, so was very traumatic I had the sudden urge to go to the toilet and I had this continuously for months and months until I was prescribed with the pill from my doctor which eased the pain quite a lot and stopped my urgent need to use the toilet when I had the pains. I’m now turning 19 this year and this year it’s been the worst ever! I’m really struggling to see the doctor as my appointment isn’t for another 3 weeks, I’m starting to become really concerned, the other month I woke up with severe pains and a really hard lump on the muscle area around my pelvis ? Even when I went to the toilet these pains did not go, these pains worsen when my period is due and cause my period to last up to 10 days of very heavy bleeding. The lump started to go down after about a week but then I started to get smaller ones that felt like some sort of cysts on my organs or lining? I have passed out twice from these pains being so severe and I strongly think this is not just IBS, I wake up so wide awake every morning with terrible pains and a very swollen belly and pelvic area, I’m at the point where I am struggling to walk the pelvic pain is so sore! This has been left so long as a new doctor insisted my the pains were just lack of vitamins as I’ve been recently diagnosed with anemia! I know for sure this is not just severe IBS or anemia,
