Zoladex and Spots!

Hi all,

I have recently started having the zoladex implant and my skin has broken out in so many spots. Does anybody have any recommendations for spot creams or face/body washes that actually work?

No creams or facewash but I think natural brands like neals yard are good otherwise lots and lots of water. I am on zoladex too (my second round) and I have some spots but I am managing them by drinking more water because zoladex alters your hormones so I think skin care really doesn’t help loads. Also try smoothies with added spirulina (anything green!) to help remove excess toxins and hormones from the body. Good luck with hot flushes in this heat! Not easy but zoladex is the only thing that works for me.

Thanks! I am definitely upping the water I am drinking. So far the hot flushes aren't too bad, but I'll see how that progresses...

Hey TattyMia

I use Shea Body Scrub from The Body Shop for spots on my face, back & chest. Was given a pot of it for a birthday present last year and haven’t stopped using it since I noticed it was reducing my spots.

Also use Medik8 C-Tetra Vitamin C oil on just my face and have found that using this combination has helped my breakouts clear up a lot.

I also do a gel wash off face mask once a week which deep cleans my pores and have noticed a considerably change over last couple of months. (Dermalogica Clear start - Cooling Mask)

Also have started to drink hot water with lemon & mint leaves in it every morning to detox.
