Does anyone get severe cramping in lower abdomen after sitting up? I cannot sit anywhere for long without being in agony for hours after. Last night I had severe pains in the left side that were unbearable when I moved. Finally got off to sleep with a hot water bottle. Still a bit of pain this morning with a bad headache. 😠
