I was just wondering if anyone else feels really emotional when their endometriosis strikes? I feel symptoms from endometriosis for a week out of four, I'm on the progesterone only mini pill and feel so emotional when it rears it's ugly head. When I had periods, my endometriosis would show symptoms the week following my period. Thanks Xx

I was the same on the pill, I was on it from 16 to 24 and when I came off it I met myself for the first time. I was a completely different person! So much more steady and grounded and HAPPY. I refuse to go on anything else hormonal now that could affect me like that 😣
Absolutely, I'm not on any hormonal contraception but I find since my laparoscopy I am just more emotional and low in mood in general. But moreso when my symptoms are bad.
At the moment they are not too bad, I have a headache, leg pains and exhaustion for about a week out of a month but it seems to be getting worse quite quickly I think. Before my laparoscopy and hysteroscopy a couple of years ago I was bleeding every 3 weeks really heavily for a week then the week that followed I had a headache, leg pains, chronic fatigue, heart palpitations, breathless, brain fog, sex was painful and going to th loo was painful too!! Am hoping to get it under control Xx
