Endometriosis and cold symptoms

Hi, I have been diagnosed with Endometriosis and have had two operations for it. Every month I feel like I am coming down with a cold but it never fully develops. I also get a tight chest, like a stress feeling. I am wondering if anyone else goes through this? X

Hi, I have something similar. Each time

or the month and/or around ovulation I feel like I am starting with a cold or an allergic reaction to something. It is very annoying. I didn’t put the two together until I started looking into endo symptoms and it came up as one of them. The symptoms usually last a couple of days and then just disappear! Something else to add to the never ending nightmare list of issues associated with the endometriosis. X

Hi, I’m not sure about the cold but with your endo, your bodies immune system is reduced so it might be your really run down?

I do suffer with the tight chest frequently - I used to put it down to anxiety but noticed it usually accompanies or follows an almighty stomach cramp.

Endo really is the gift that keeps on giving!
