What is going on with my body?! Nerve issues are taking over post op.

I had my first lap surgery to diagnose endo 3 months ago. Endo and surgery was quite extensive. Was assured it was all removed and everything freed up. I was warned I would be dealing with nerve pain for a while and recovery my take longer for me.

So 3 months post op and still dealing with nerve pain issues and odd recovery pains. I am having more good days than bad days in the last month but my bad nerve pain days are unpredictable and severe.

What is concerning me though is that in the last month I have noticed a new symptom/pain that I can only assume is related to nerves. It started happening at night with aching hot legs for about 5 days straight, then it came and went for another few weeks. I've been monitoring it and noticed there is no trigger to it and it occurs whether I am sitting a lot and/or standing and moving a lot throughout the day. The heat reaches from my hips to my feet so I thought it must be related to nerves...But then in the last 2 and a half weeks I noticed now that it begins when my toes and feet go red, throbbing and hot and sometimes feels itchy, it would happen in the afternoon and then at night I would have burning hot painful legs. The noticeable redness of toes is new.

The hot painful legs at night is still happening on random nights (not every night) but since my toes flared red 2 and a half weeks ago, my toes/feet have been showing more signs of getting worse.

Only on my right foot on the last 3 little toes they are now constantly red, hot, visibly swollen (compared to my left toes which look and feel normal), occasionally itchy and a bit numb to the touch under the toes.

I have no idea what is going on with my body! Has anyone else experienced this? Is it related to nerves or is it something else entirely?

I just want to know if its related to endo or post op nerve issues or not so I can ask the right questions to a GP. I have had bad experiences with GP's who don't have much knowledge of endo or don't take me seriously, so I find it is good to have some information under my belt so I know what to ask.
