stage 4 endo with constipation and lots of wind

Hi haven't been on here for a while, but was just wondering whether anyone with Endo stage 4 has symptoms of really bad wind, and consitpation and bloating. Honestly, even though i'm not the skinniest i really look like sometimes I am 8 months pregnant. i have flare ups several times a day. I am still waiting for my op and waiting to see a bowel surgeon due to the endo being stuck to it and was just wondering if this could be the reason. taking 30ml of laxatives twice a day isn't making me feel any better or helping me go the toilet on a regular basis. I do have several questions for this bowel surgeon ha

I'm the same as you; had really bad wind, bloating; my endo was on the surface of the bowel, not inside it. But I have read that the wind and bloating can be just endo generally.

I had my endo removed off my bowel with both my colorectal specialist and endo specialist with a procedure called a bowel shave - basically it doesn't require a resection.

I found over the years my flare ups are also linked to high gluten foods and high milk foods - something to do with the inflammatory response of the intestines and aggravating endo, so eating out with friends requires special selection of food, when I'm home it's easy to limit gluten and dairy

Laxatives all the time can't be good poor you, I hope your questions to your bowel specialist get answered xx
