Past 3 days am having horrible lower abdomen pain 24hrs😭 For last 5 days I took (turmeric ginger pepper Cocunut oil tea) after breakfast... Does it has anything to do with this Horrible lower abdomen pain 😭 In April I had this similar kind of pain in my Lower abdomen and it gets so worse once I move... It started correctly 2 weeks before my periods and went to gyno she took scan and told al alright and only endometrial thickness is 1.1 since one week later I was to get my periods, so these 3 months I was ok... Then again Aug 1st (August 10th I wil get my periods) it started with horrible horrible pain first in both groin areas and then full Lower abdomen and it spreads to groin sometimes and even to legs down... Its so much horrible once I move. And first when pain started tat day I went to loo twice but now 2 days am n constipation. .. What could it be 😭😭😭😭 August 10th I wil get periods... The worst part is tat I can't even tel whether the pain is due to gyno or gastro related 😭 pls reply anyone....

Does it just happen on the week of your period every month (if you get your period monthly)?
Can you describe the type of pain? For example, sharp, throbbing, stabbing? Is it constant or does it come in waves?
Thanks for ur reply.. Actually april I got lesser version of it.. Then tis month only it is... Pain is like squeezing pain as though some one pulling my lower abdomen from inside... Mostly similar to periods pain.. Its not constant... Some few minutes it wil go and again be there fully.. In 24 hrs, like in-between some 6* 10 minutes in those 24hrs no pain..
And pain sometime in groin area too and passing down legs.. Too...
But pain wil increase more when I move..... If I sit in one place it wil be less
So it doesn't always happen when you are on your period then?
Have you noticed if it is triggered by anything like after you eat certain foods or drinks at all?
Also, is it in the middle of your lower abdomen or more to the sides? Just wondering if it could be an ovarian cyst or not, but if you've had a scan recently and they didn't see anything then not sure.
YAA APRIL MONTH ONLY HAD SCAN.. DR TOLD NOTHIN ABNORMAL
And pain is like full Lower abdomen only most of the time.. Sometime it's to both the sides alternatively... One time left other time right.. Then sometime both groin.. Totally confusing 😔
Most of the time I eat in hotel only... So can't find which food causing it 
2 times both in April and this month its lik pain starting exactly 10 days before my periods arrive
So pain and bowel issues around the time of period mostly then? Have you been diagnosed with Endometriosis or does your doctor suspect it?
I experienced something similar before I had my laparoscopic surgery that ended up diagnosing my endo and finding endo on my bowel (as well as other areas). Before I was diagnosed I had symptoms of bowel issues like you, lower abdomen pain on and off. I also developed food intolerances over about 2 months (when my symptoms and pain got worse). I noticed certain foods like dairy, citrus and eggs for example, caused stomach issues and abdominal pain. I tested a lot of foods and drinks to find triggers and then I ruled out medication side effects and illness as well.
I had other symptoms as well like chronic pelvic pain so I just got a referral to a gyno.
April month only i asked gyno abt endo thickness but she said its normal during period time so everything okkk c told
I forgot onething to mention . In these 5 days.. Lower abdomen pain is more like pulling, after bowel movement.....
