Joint pain endo related?

Hi all

I’ve noticed that I’ve been getting pains in my joints, kind of like the growing pains you got as a kid. I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

I am at the moment but not sure if it’s just because I’ve stopped doing Pilates and the relaxin hormone should be leaving my body around now. Have felt my endo pains getting a lot worse this month though

I did. My specialist said this may be down to lack of vitamin D which is linked to endo. I have found it to be much better since taking max strength vitamin D supplement every morning

Have your levels checked if you haven’t already x
