Abdominal pain

I am 6.5 wks pregnant. Wondering if anyone has endometriosis /fibromyalgia who got pregnant and had bad ibs and abdo pain. I have been looking for treatment to help me but nothing so far. I am constantly woken up by cramps and the feeling of wanting to open my bowels ;at times i have diarrhoea and another time i am constipated. I get left side pain with pelvic pain that is so severe. Can someone help?

Congratulations! It might be worth having a scan to make sure everything is where it should be.

I had a scan everything seems ok

I had terrible pain until I was much further along then again at the end. Most Drs said it was in my head but my specialist after said it was my endo deposits on the ligaments etc being stretched & making the deposits bleed! I promise it does ease. I had a healthy little girl who’s now 8!
