No bowel prep

Hi,

I've had a few laps before. Down for another since also been diagnosed with adenomyosis and gynae thinks may have endo back/still there in ligaments and perhaps sticking bowel. Previously I've had bowel preps but I'm not down for one. I'm a bit worried about that considering my symptoms and what they've said. Can they treat superficial bowel endo without bowel prep? Is it just really significant bowel endo that needs segments removed that requires the prep? Just been waiting a v long time and keen to ttc after. Don't want stuff found and not dealt with. My MRI is a year old now the wait has been so long and my symptoms are worse so just a bit worried I should be having one. My cervix is also displaced and not visible on examination...

Thanks for any advice! xx
