Has anyone tried TUDCA or Tulsi (holy basil)

I've read that milk thistle is often recommended for endometriosis; it is primarily thought of as a liver tonic. It's liver support effects are due to reducing endoplasmic reticulum stress:

TUDCA (tauroursodeoxycholic acid) has similar activities and I have read reports of people with liver dysfunction who found it improved their liver enzymes more effectively than milk thistle.

Has anyone tried it? Did it help?

I just recalled that tulsi (holy basil) is a good source of ursolic acid, which has similar biochemical activity to TUDCA (and is suitable for vegans) though it also has some other active constituents and is known mainly for its anti-anxiety effects. Same questions for holy basil.
