Day 7 of anti inflammatory... some changes...

Hello everyone,

I thought I had better drop in and say that this is now day 7 of the anti inflammatory diet and I'm due on period in the coming 4-5 days. This last Monday by breast pain was AWFUL. and now I would say, since Monday on this diet the breast pain is 60% easier!

So, something I've cut out obviously doesn't help matters with that and maybe it doesn't help the endometriosis either.

I am continuing no gluten, no dairy, no caffeine, now sugars, alcohol or meat. I wasn't as difficult as I thought. I am still very emotional though.

Supplements are evening prim, agnus castus, magnesium, vitamin B complex, milk thistle and a cod liver oil capsule oh and a multi vitamin! I've taken most of this for a while but added the milk thistle and magnesium this week.

Anyone else noticed a change with diet?

Love

Shalom

I’ve been told by my dietician to increase my omega 3 because it’s anti inflammatory so that might also be worth a try for u? Xx

Thank you. I will check my supplements x

This sounds interesting.

I've never fully committed to the endo/anti-inflammatory diet - but have found cutting out gluten and alcohol to be a big help in the past.

Maybe I'll follow your lead and go the whole hog - thanks for sharing your experiences.

Hi Shalom74,

When i changed my diet/supplements i too felt symptoms you mentioned, like breast tenderness. I was told that since breasts are next to lymph nodes, which are responsible for detoxing and flushing the system, that's why we can feel sore.

On emotional side- i noticed taking drops to kill fungus, yeast and parasites helped to feel balanced.

Take care x

Thanks ladies,

We have made up, and I think he's beginning to understand how fragile I am - thank the Lord! I have to confess, my emotions are all over the place.

We've been out and bought a new car this afternoon, we do need to change the car and waiting for when I'm all calm and stable, well, who knows when that might be! All being well, we've made the right decision.

Makes sense about the lymph nodes, if I'm detoxing, that should help. Not sure if I should be taking milk thistle though. just read it imitates oestrogen.........

Love

Shalom x
