I was diagnosed with 4cm endometrioma/ chocolate cyst on my right ovary about 3 months ago. I went to 3 different obgyn, and they diagnosis is the same.
With my latest obgyn, I was about to plan a laparoscopy to remove it. But on my last check up with him, the endometrioma is shrink, it's just about 2cm now. But my last CA125 score is high, it is 152.
Can endometrioma size shrink? Or is it other kind of strange thing in my right ovary? Does any of you have information about it?
Honestly i was waiting for the laparoscopy, I haven't been pregnant since I was married 3 years ago. I kinda hope after the laparoscopy, it'll be easier for me to have a baby.. but now it's confusing.. 😣

Hi, I had my lap surgery 8 weeks ago and originally they were only going in to remove and 8cm chocolate cyst. They found numerous other things which don’t answer your question whilst in there but I had 2 consultants and when I had my scans my cyst was was 4.5 then 6 and it was dual lobed at 6. Then they got in there it was 8. I remember my consultant appointment at 4.5cm saying the cyst won’t shrink so we will get you booked in for lap surgery. I remember her saying this clear as day so I would persevere with getting it removed as I was found to be riddled in Endo by time I got in severe stage 4 and even on my bladder and bowel x
I do stop having coffee daily (I used to have 1 or 2 cups a day), I originally did it to boost my vitamin D for lap surgery prequisites. I also stop having fast food. Maybe somehow it does affect my endometrioma..
