Bleeding through Mirena & pill..

Hello,

I am not sure anyone can help or offer advice as it’s a weird one. Had my lap 2 weeks ago, they removed endo. Was fine for a week after, then started bleeding heavily (confirmed menstrual through a scan), bled heavily for 6 days (despite tranexamic acid) slowed now back again, heavy and painful. I am annoyed because I have the Mirena fitted (since September last year) and have been taking the pill on top since April. Anyone had anything similar? Xx
