I am 19yr old who has been diagnosed to have Endo. I am currently awake(03:16am) and in a lot of pain. I keep feeling sick, pains going through both sides of my lower belly, shooting pains up my back and bleeding whilst on the back to back pill. I start work at 08:30 tomorrow morning and is now looking like I won’t be in. This is really making me feel low and depressed, I literally can’t do nothing and then the thought of losing my job.
I just don’t know what todo anymore

What painkillers/ pain relief do you Take try, is this something you need to review with your Dr to try and get more relief? If you have a desk job I recommend a electrical heating pad, you can get them on amazon for your back with a strap to keep it in place, I then just twist it round to my front. I find this better than hot water bottle as there's no need to get up and keep refilling it.
Regarding work if you have been diagnosed you could ask work for an appointment with occupational health. It's a Dr or nurse who is independent I. E. Doesn't work for the company and isn't your gp, they discus with you what your symptoms are, what you struggle to do, what could work do to try and help etc. It all then goes in a report to the work for them to consider, sometimes endometriosis can be considered by them to be a disability under the equality act. Which puts more onus on your work to look at options to help.
Is your job something you could sometimes do from home? I have this with my work as I'm not allowed to drive on my strongest pain killers and my work is 40mins away by car. So this is something we found works they know I'm not 100% on the days I work from home but I can keep on top of email and do the simpler tasks of my job role.
