Please, please help. My last endometriosis scan 8 years ago showed endo on my bowel, ovary, uterus and in the uterus wall. I have now had bladder problems for 2 years, but the last week it has got horrendous. One day, I am not peeing for up to 8 hours at a time and then the next day I am peeing every 10 minutes, so peeing about 50 times a day. Could this be endo that has penetrated my bladder? As the Uterus is next to my bladder. Thank you lovely ladies for any advice x

Bladder problems sending me crazy!
It could be endo on the bladder but equally could be interstitial cystitis which is unfortunately very common for women to have both. Oftentimes interstitial cystitis can be a result of a problematic pelvic floor dysfunction and a specialist women’s physio may really be able to offer some insight into what’s going on. I really like this YouTube video explaining how the muscles can affect the bladder: youtu.be/yZEaWoY2eJY
Definitely worth a watch! I’m UK based but I was able to find a private women’s pelvic health physio in my area who specialises in conditions like endo and IC (im Brighton based if that’s any good).
Have you tracked your bladder symptoms to see if they correspond with your cycle? Also it may be worth trying the IC diet for a couple of weeks just to see if it helps? If it does help it may indicate it’s not necessarily endo on the bladder but have a google anyway. I hope you find some relief soon! Xxx
