Possible endo?

Hi there, I'm 22 years old andI was hospitalised back in September due to a large ovarian cyst on my right ovary which had ruptured. Since then I've been back and forth to my gynaecologist for scans etc. Ruled out PCOS early on, he at first suggested it may be Endo and sent me for regular scans to monitor cyst one that had ruptured. This took 4 months to clear, and during those scans the doctor found further cysts that cleared up on their own.

I had had the copper coil for two years, and now after doctors suggestion have changed to the Mirena coil as a way to manage pain.

I still get a lot of cramps throughout the month, but I feel like they are quite mild in comparison to what I've read on here (can still work but do take a fair bit of pain relief). I have a lot of cramps that feel like they're coming from my hip area and down my legs? Has anyone else experienced this/could it be related? I do also sometimes get pain during/after sex. Experienced a lot of mid-cycle bleeding when on the copper coil but this seems to have lightened.

I have another appointment with my gynaecologist on the 2nd July, but am worried he is going to discharge me with no actually diagnosis... I really want to know what is going on with my body, but don't ideally want to go through surgery if it comes back clean?

Don't really know what to do at this point, any advice or information would be super helpful!
