Endo pains - need advice

I've been diagnosed with stage 4 endo and Cysts. Initially I didn't have any pain or obvious symptoms with this. But now I am feeling strange sensations in my upper abdomen. It's like a radiating prickly feeling I get more so when I'm on my period. I know it's linked with endo but I'm worried it has moved upwards, or could it be everything is tugging causing this sensation. My Dr didn't mention anything about this area from my MRI scan which made me think it hasn't been picked up or there's nothing there. I wondered if anyone else has this symptom. Thanks
