Hello everyone, could anyone advise me if you lose an esa assessment can my doctor still issue me a fit note and could I still claim esa as my doctor is aware of my disability and how this affects me on a daily basis, thank you in advance for anybody who has been through this I have no idea how the system works, my condition is marfan syndrome.

I am sure you can still get a fit note from your doctor that states you’re unfit for work although I am not 100%. Hope you get on ok.
