Has anyone’s pain and symptoms become so bad and continual that they have had to take longtec morphine tablets?

I have stage 4 endo and confirmed adenomyosis. In March I was due to have hysterectomy but woke up in icu without having had any surgery because the moment I was asleep my heart stopped caused my a profound allergic reaction to a medical they had given me. Iv had 25+ operations and never had a reaction before. I was upset that I hadn’t had op then the fact I was almost dead. I’m having to have special testing to find out what I reacted too then waiting further for op date again. I’m struggling so much now I truly wish I didn’t wake up some days
