Cerazette to Noriday now heavy bleeding and severe cramps.

The registrar in the hospital put me on Cerazette pill in January and I am not due to return to them until July. I had a constant light bleed, cramps and a headache for 3 months on this pill. So, I went to my GP and he changed me to Noriday. (They’re the only two POP available here in Ireland).

Two days after taking it I was getting sharp pinching pains in my left ovary (I believe you can ovulate on this pill) and I bled the first week with headaches and then I gradually stopped bleeding. I felt great and had no cramps and my libido returned. Only symptom I did notice was incredibly tender breasts and I was weepy. Roll on a week later (Tues) and I started to spot bright red blood then from Wed of this week I have had a really heavy and like a normal period with clots and all. I haven’t been able to get out of bed with the cramps and the bleeding. The bleeding is still heavy and bright red and my headaches are back. I am so upset as I can’t continue being like this.

Is this my sluggish endometrial lining finally getting shed? Or should I go back to my GP on Monday? I feel anaemic at this stage. xx
