Stress and pain flare up

Can stress cause endo pain flares up?

I’m under a lot of stress at the minute from my parents and I’m suffering mentally but physically as my pains in my pelvis keep coming back.

I start the depo injection a few weeks ago but I’m still getting pain and sharp pains in my ovaries.

I’m confused over what could be causing this pain like is it stress or the depo?

Has stress ever cause anyone else pain?

How do you control it?

I thought going on the depo and I’ve not had periods for like 7 months now would help to stop my pains but they are still the same dull achy feeling I get throughout the month.

Only good thing is I don’t get horrendous period pains but I still feel awful.

To be honest, just with painkillers and a hot water bottle - it's only one of the things that triggers my endo, so I treat it the same as everything else. I get pains through the month too, they're not limited to my periods

Yes I work in a very stressful environment and I’m constantly in agony coz my Endo flares up and I usually use heat pads to help with the pain they do help.
