Lumps in groin/labia

Hi,

Has anyone had painful lumps that come and go in the Labia Majora? Have read about endometrioma in the area but sounds quite rare. These lumps are about 1.5 cm and are there for a few days then go down. They are high up in the pubic mound more than the labia most of the time and I get groin ache too. Haven’t tracked them to a cycle before and now on zoladex, but interestingly haven’t had one since being on the implant.

Anyone else had anything similar?

Hey, strange questions but do you wear sani towels a lot? My periods were so bad I just had to constantly wear pads and then I would get sore lumps that would come and go. I think they were just blocked glands in the end so once I stopped wearing pads, they have stopped coming up. Just incase that helps at all. Otherwise I have no idea I’m afraid xx

Hi, I don’t use pads at all but thanks for the suggestion. They are really deep lumps - about a good centimetre or two under the skin and nearer the bone. It can sometimes be quite hard to find them. Am back to consultant in two months so will ask them too. X

I have this to. Mentioned it to my gynae doctor and he said it’s a blocked hair follicle from shaving.

Hi, my lumps are really deep inside - literally nearer the bone than the surface of the skin so not sure if the hair follicle would go that deep but will ask the dr when I see them next. Thanks for the suggestion
