do i tell my boss i have endo before I sign the a new employment contract? The contract looks strange, as in, if i sign the contract i'm also agreeing to: the collection of any medical information, current or historical, if i end up using any sick leave!
I've got endometriosis right! I feel like this is ridiculous....anyone's thoughts on how I break this in professionally to the boss that i do have a disease called endometriosis, before i sign the contract. And how do i point out to the boss that: Should i use sick leave for endometriosis, well it most likely will come, and no please don't call the dr's for my personal endo history? Thanks.

Hi, I started a new job in October and didn't say anything but when I filled in the medical questionnaire I wrote it on there. They had enough time to contact me and discuss further before I started if needed. They can't really not offer you the job on the basis you have endo. Different people cope in different ways, some people manage to work, others don't so it's individual circumstances. Hope that helps a little xx
Okay, the most scariest thing in my whole life, guess what I've told my boss before I've even started! I will now probably spend the rest of my working life embarrassed I told him. I just need to get over it tho, as hey its part of me. In fact I hope he takes it well. You're right, she won't not offer me the job just because I have endo, fingers crossed...
