Kidney Pain

Ive got some severe pain in both my kidneys tonight and my lower back is extremely sore, my pain meds (amytriptyline and mefenamic acid) are not cutting it, currently in bed with a hot water bottle watching tv and beyond tired.... feeling fed up of being in pain, any advice?

I used to get this , as my endometriosishas progressed I get different symptoms now

I used to lay flat on the floor with a small cushion under my lower back for about 30 mins to an hour . It really used to help
