Anyone else’s water bottle their best friend?

I never thought that a hot water bottle could help so much! Had a awful flare up today and had my hot water bottle glued to my stomach! Anyone else love there’s as much as I am right now lol

I am constantly in the company of a hot water bottle. I have one in my work bag, several at home and have been known to take one to social gatherings 😂

How do you cope with pain at work?

May i know your hot water bottle, is it using charger or boiling water?

i try to find with charger because i'm too lazy to boil water hehe

A one you put in the microwave mainly. I am lucky at work that I am able to work at home if I need too, if I am I the office though and don't feel great we all make a bit of a joke of it. I try not to take strong pain killers during the day as I need to drive a lot for my job, so heat is my best friend.

Mine is my best friend at home. When I have to go out I use heat patches as it’s not that practical to cradle one as much as I’d love to!

I use 2, one on my stomach and one on my back.

I have to use one on my back too. Do we know why we get the back pain with the Endo?
