Pain relief recommendation

Ive just tried the "BeYou Period Cramp Relief Patch" and I've found it really helps my pain.

Like most of us I usually burn myself with a hot water bottle to try get some pain relief and take painkillers but I saw the reviews on these patches and thought I'd try them out. It takes about 20-30mins to kick in but I've found they really helped take the edge off.

So happy I finally have something discreet to wear during work tomorrow.

Thought I'd let people know as this is the best thing I've tried so far.

Thanks, it's just another alternative to a hot water bottle so I can wear it in work, I'd still recommend taking painkillers as not sure it's strong enough to control endo pain on its own
