Treatment of endo while breasfeeding / Endometrioma in pregnancy

Hi lovely ladies,

I'd like to know your experiences with endo after birth, is there any medication that can be taken to prevent it from growing back but at the same time allows to breastfeed?

My last pregnancy scans have shown there are some endometriomas on one of my ovaries that are sadly not getting any smaller so just want to ensure at least they don't grow any bigger and give me a break

Hi- my endo pain came back as soon as I had my baby, the Endometrioma I had also grew and I am now going to have a laparoscopy in March to have it all removed.

I’m not sure what u can take to help as everything is hormone based so you would have to check with the dr. I just take painkillers which sometimes work and sometimes not!

A progesterone-only pill can be taken while breastfeeding with little to no problems.

The best progesterone-only pill to shrink endometriomas is Visanne, which I suggest you get a prescription for and order from other European countries.
