Endometriosis on Pouch of Douglas

I had a laparoscopy and surgeon has told me I have endo on the bowels/rectum in notes says mainly on pouch of Douglas. He said he couldn't remove it as will damage the bowel and I will need to go to a specialist clinic. They have put in a Jaydess coil in the hope it will help with the symptoms.

Just looking for some advice from anyone who has been through the same thing?

Sorry to hear about the diagnoses. I have endo in the pod. I'm under the care of the BSGE who are skilled enough to remove it. I did have it removed first time round with a general gyn, but it did come back as I don't have hormonal treatment.
