I am just so exhausted.

I have stage 3 endo and am awaiting hysterectomy. I am currently on the zoladex injections which seem to be working well - ie. very little pain.

I am now back at work following crazy xmas and new year times with kids - sat at my desk typing this as we speak and i can feel the tears coming on. I'm exhausted, I have no energy at all, my tummy is so bloated (i wish it was over indulgence but sadly not). I feel like i could sleep for a week.

Has anyone got any tips to deal with the extreme fatigue, it seems that this is what affects me the most. I jst dont want to be at work or doing anything other than, pjs, bed and sleeping!

I'd appreciate any advice. Thanks x
