Not Sure What Is Going On

As far as I know I don’t have endometriosis. I am already in menopause(I will be 60 in March 2019). And I have had abnormal results on PAP tests before. I recently flew from California to Washington(and have to fly back today). But oddly I noticed I was vaginally bleeding after I landed(next day). It lasted for a few days getting lighter and lighter. I don’t know what is going on. I also vaginally bled after surgery a few years ago too. I’m confused. I will speak with my doctor just to be safe. Does this mean I have endo or fibroids or maybe even a tumor?

I would speak to a gynaecologist any post menopausal bleeding should be investigated, Most common causes is thinning of the vaginal or womb lining caused by lower oestrogen levels or womb polyps

I am premenopausal and having problems with endo, Adeno and fibroids
