Hey lass I was just wondering when my endometriosis play up , it hurt down you left thigh is that normal I had this for a while and I was just wondering if anyone has its. XX

Yes that's normal ....Well normal for endo. You may have adhesions on a ligament that attaches to that leg (I'm sure there's a much more scientific explanation ) hot water bottle/bean bag , tens machine or a hot bath will help x

I used to find If I did that yoga pose where you lie on your back at put your legs upright against the wall helped too x

I have that issue too. Extremely painful sometimes. I take co-codomol for pain when it’s really bad and hot water bottle on it too.

Pain getting much worse so had to ask gp to up dosage of co-codomol to 15mg now. Have it during my period and mid cycle too. Even a few days before my period.

I’ll give that yoga move a go. Hope it works. Thanks.
