Dizziness

Hi everyone , looking for some help really , just come out of hospital after a week, i have left sided pain and dizzy spells , it seems the dizzy spells are the same time every month , had a sub total hysterectomy two years ago, ct scan showed no endometriosis, i cant understand that as all the signs are there , i just dont know what to do anymore as i feel i am being fobbed off all of the time , got an appointment with my gynacolagist next week , i was wondering if its my hormones giving me the dizzy spells and headahes , any ones else know anything about this please
