Triporelin -dull ache

Hi guys anyone on triporelin finding they almost constantly have a dull ache/ cramps in there belly. I seem to have it more so on the left side. I don't remember this previously.

Also does anyone get any old blood, sorry tmi black or brown stuff come out.

I'm not sure if this is normal as never had that as a side effect before.x
