Hello I had my left ovary removed in 2003 and I felt the same. My doctor said I will not be able to have anymore children but he was mistaken, I had two more, thank you JESUS. In 2009 I was pregnant with my last child and I start to have a severe pain, bleeding, aching, crying because I thought I was having a miscarriage but I had another small cyst on my right one and it burst. Lord that was so painful!! Just before it burst about one week I had a light odor and that was the cyst slowing leaking and then PAIN. By the grace of GOD my child did not suffer and I am still having a menstrual cycle. Good luck with everything. God bless.
