Hello I'm 49 and have been on progesterone only mini pill for 11 yrs and have never had a period or bleeding.
In the summer I began bleeding and or darkish discharge.
I had an internal scan which was very painful. I've been told there's thickening to endometrial wall? And that I have a polyp.
My GP referred me 3 weeks after scan and hasn't answered any questions. My gianacologist appt is 8 Nov but I'm getting worse and worse Very low abdominal cramps that wake me up in night and can make me feel nauseous.
Is this common?
I've had three children and never had any "womens" problems before. The scan was very painful and one of my ovaries couldn't be found.
The low painful cramps are scaring me.
