Hi everyone today is a really bad day for me I’m in so much pain can’t stand up and I feel sick the pain has gone everywhere I feel so weak this is one of the worst I’ve ever felt does can anyone give me any suggestions on what I can do I’ve tired a hot water bottle but it’s to heavy with my stomach it hurts and my stomach is so sensitive it feels al bruised I just need to do something

Do you have access to a bath? Lying in hot water often helps me, and it won't be as heavy on your stomach. Although it won't help today, for future reference, you could buy some stick on heat pads - they're light, and they provide a gentle heat for up to 8 hours. Plus you can wear them under your clothes when you're out and about, which is helpful! I hope you feel better xxx

I’ve just got out the bath to help Nd I’ve been using heatpads but they’ve been burning my belly as I use them a lot Thankyou so much for your advice and help xxx
