Decapeptyl/ Triptorelin 2nd Injection Flare?

Hi ladies, I'm going for my 2nd injection and I'm really really worried about having another flare stage.. it was so horrendous the first time round, It was the sickest I've ever been and I've just started a new job, I can't bare the idea of going through it again. Can anyone tell me if you flare again???
