So I took 3 laxido yesterday and managed to have some movement haha but I still feel horrendously constipated how long can it take for constipation to resolve itself? I knew after one movement it might not mean it’s completely resolved.
I’m still unsure if this back pain and pain in my legs is endo pain or constipation it’s hard to tell! But as I still feel like I need to go I keep thinking it’s constipation;( but the pain down my legs and back is awful and makes me feel sick

I can’t tell you about the pain exactly because I don’t suffer with my endo with pains like that but over the years I have had some wicked constipation and it’s only really affected my stomach and back. I used to use laxido and actually found it a bit rubbish. After my first lap this year I was so constipated and somebody recommended milk of magnesia (you can just buy in the chemist) and it worked an absolute treat for constipation if it’s really bad, only thing I would recommend if you do use it is don’t use the highest dose they say on the bottle because I thought I was the most constipated I could be but after taking the highest dose for laxative effects it was messy and my stomach sounded like a steam train coming down the tracks 😂
The back pain that goes in to my legs is horrendous but a nurse said the leg pain is most likely nerve pain from the constipation or endo pressing on my nerves which is lovely
